Last 10 months I am trading through zerodha I have seen some losses during this period that I have stopped trading few days n some webinar attended they classify emotions control and stop loss etc Today am doing little with capital amount going well not stressed very equipped less or profit but am doing job making other source i capital income .

In a stop loss order you choose limit or market, but with a trigger price. What a trigger price does is that it activates your order which otherwise is inactive. 1.

Of course, going strictly by the definition for stop loss, which is to set up order or orders in order to stop a position from further losses, this method isn't a real "stop loss method" per se but rather just sensible position sizing and trade planning which are essential steps in options trading.
